Return Process

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original shipping box.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode on the prepaid label is clearly visible for scanning.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
